We specialise in the delivery of socially-focused refurbishment projects, new build development and commercial projects that add value to local communities across the North West, North Wales and Yorkshire. We are committed to working with all our clients on a collaborative basis to ensure we get the best outcome for the communities we work in.
Our model has been refined over the last 10 years, it is also closely aligned to the objectives outlined in GMHP Social Value Framework. This includes making significant investment in the third sector which includes supporting local colleges and employment organisations, local enterprises, voluntary organisations, community groups, mental health and homelessness initiatives.
We are also proud members of the Armed Forces Covenant.
With our skill set we are able to support local people back into employment, school and college work experience by holding mock interview days and placements, community events to bring communities together and much more. We are incredibly passionate about leaving a legacy and providing local communities with the tools to make a real difference, we have even created our own Social Value Champions who are specialised in influencing the best outcome.
