Work Experience
Connolly are working in partnership with Irwell Valley Homes and have built up a strong working relationship with Sale Sharks Foundation HITZ programme to develop links within the local community, offering invaluable work experience opportunities to young people. We realise the importance and the value this brings to the learners and to Connolly’s.
Callum started his work experience back in June, he has shown determination, a willingness to learn and his confidence has grown on site. With the support from his site team, he is learning very quickly, picking up key joinery skills and taking the initiative to do things on his own. He really has come on in leaps and bounds.
