St Michaels Roman Catholic Primary School Revamp
As part of celebrating National Volunteer week and wanting to help others, we teamed up with Onward Homes and St Michaels Roman Catholic School to revamp the outside play area, with painting, weeding, and planting
St Michaels Roman Catholic Primary School Whitefield is at the heart of the community where we are delivering the Windows, Doors, and PIV.
Connolly’s wanted to help make a difference and bring this much-loved space back to life.

“It was great to be able to come together with volunteers from Onward & Connolly’s to support St Michaels school & feel like we all really made a difference to the space we left behind.
With no funding to spend on outside spaces in a neighbourhood where many children live in flats or have no access to outside space, it was important to us to help Martine and St Michaels to do up their playing and growing area used by the younger years setting.
The local community garden club are going into the school every week to work with the children in the space to grow flowers and vegetables. This ensures the sustainability of this project and shows some great community partnerships”
