Onward Homes – Celebrating 5 Year Partnership
Onwards Homes are a leading provider of quality affordable homes, with over 35,000 homes across the Northwest region. March 2023 marks the start of the fifth year of Connolly working with Onwards Homes as their Major Works framework partner and sole provider of planned asset improvement and maintenance works across Liverpool and Manchester.
In 2015 we began our journey with Onward Homes and have worked as a Major Works partner since 2018 carrying out a range of improvements to Onwards customers, including the installation of new Kitchens & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing, Flooring, Fencing and Environment and Flooring works.
Through our partnership we have improved over 7,000 properties across Liverpool and Greater Manchester. Currently, we have 6 teams working across the regions to deliver works on a weekly basis to more than 120 homes.
Connolly are looking forward to continuing our partnership with Onwards Homes over the next 12-months and building on our already established relationship to improve the lives of Onwards customers.
