Hi Jimmy
I like this to be noted and shared with Lewis and other individuals who I have named that I am pleased with their work. Hopefully the individuals who I have meet realise that I am also a genuine person and what I say I mean. Lewis the gas/plumber engineer is a lovely person. As you know he’s attended my home a couple of times and each time he always shown friendliness, politeness and more importantly respect. I know Jimmy your ethos is to treat every home as if it was your own and I can honestly say most tradesmen do.
There not much I can say about Tom what I’ve not already mentioned in my previous email. He’s such a lovely kind-hearted person and he really cares about a people. Tom’s goodness comes naturally within and to have such a big heart should be noted, shared and valued. Tom should be thankful and proud of himself that he’s built in this way. Tom thanks for being you.
These two always puts a smile on my face every time they come to my home. Apart from being genuine fellas they both have a brilliant sense of humour. I know they are only doing their jobs but it’s important to let you know that I appreciate what they have done in my home and you should be lucky that you have them on your site. Like others they are professional, considerate, respectful, caring, helpful . These two are also good hearted people they are so precise, skilful and work really well together. I hope Mark and Anthony know how much I respect and appreciate them and not just for the work they have done but for making me laugh.
Another tradesman I must mention is David ( joiner) he’s another nice guy. It’s clear that he knows good workmanship and rightly so that he praised their work. He’s professional, precise and skilful in what he does. Paul the floor layer is also a genuine person and who respected my home. My attitude is old school and this is why I believe it’s essential that tradesmen whilst working in somebodies home should briefly tell the person what the job entails then there be no shock to the system. I’m not saying I need to know everything but when it going to ruin my home then warn me.
Paul was informative like most of the tradesmen who have attended my home. However, some do need reminding that they should not assume a person knows what’s going to happen. Even if they think it’s going to hold them up in doing their job it’s giving the person an understanding and allowing them to be stress free. This might be only me who your tradesmen have come across but it’s important to be honest after all it is my home.
