Our partnership with West Lancashire County Council began following a competitive tendering exercise to supply and install more than 1,800 PVC windows and composite doors in the West Lancs area.
Utilising our network of trusted partners, the supply element was procured through our approved supply chain database and we were able to source a team who had worked with the supplier previously.
Working to a tight schedule, our directly employed staff installed up to 90 units a week in occupied homes. Such was the success of the project that we achieved a 98.9% customer satisfaction rate whilst ensuring minimum disruption to residents.
