Like us, they believe that everyone has the right to live in a modern, warm and comfortable home. As part of their current five year improvement programme, they are investing £75million into homes and communities, ensuring every property meets the Government’s Decent Homes standard by 2020.
Connolly worked in partnership with Salix Homes to deliver the asset investment works to over 8,000 properties and buildings over their two-year period framework to 2017. Proving the power of collaboration and commitment to community, we’re now working as part of the 2017-2020 framework to deliver in excess of £40million worth of further investment works to domestic dwellings, sheltered schemes and communal areas.
