Onward Homes major works partner over a 5-year period and we have recently secured approx. £7m per annum a year for the next 5 years.

We undertook Kitchens & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing, Flooring, Fencing and Environmental and Flooring works.

Our work included;

  • Scaffolding, Roofing, Roofing Repairs, Chimney Repairs,
  • Pitched roof coverings (in slate, concrete or clay tiles), eaves and verge felt repairs, re-bedding of ridges, verges & hips together with repairs to dry verges, hips & ridges.
  • Flat roof repairs or replacement to porches, bay windows, outbuildings and the like including felt coverings, GRP coverings and/ or concrete roofs in poor condition.
  • Repairs to fascia’s & soffits in both timber and uPVC, including removal of asbestos
  • Cleaning uPVC windows, doors and frames, uPVC cladding, fascia’s, soffits, barges and the like where appropriate.
  • Brickwork repairs & wall tie replacement with replacement of roofing coverings
  • Kitchen & Bathroom Installations, including electrical upgrades, including strip-out, asbestos removal, electrical, heating, plastering, tiling, decorations, flooring etc.
  • Windows and door installations and miscellaneous works including, making good decorations, scaffolding etc to standard two storey properties and sheltered accommodations.
