Connolly has been selected by First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) via a competitive tendering process as an Asset Investment Partner. This includes undertaking whole house retrofit works to FCHO’s stock across the borough –800no properties per year, works include:
Heating & Electrical replacement and upgrade works
Energy Efficient Windows and Doors
Solar PV (in-roof) (200no properties)
Cavity Wall Insulation
External Wall Insulation
The retrofit works will aim to help cut customers’ energy bills, and boost energy performance of properties to a minimum of band C, from a previous D/E. It is predicted that works with cut energy bills by up to 30%. Working with FCHO, Connolly aim to deliver a further 3,800no energy-efficiency improvements over the life time of the framework partnership.
