Electrical Works

Electrical works are undertaken in conjunction with Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades and installation of electrical storage heating systems for Wigan Council as part of their Planned Maintenance Framework. Electrical works are undertaken for over 3000no properties per year. Works include:

Full whole house rewires
Electrical upgrades during Kitchen/Bathroom upgrades with electrical heating upgrades and installation
Asbestos removal coordination with third party
CO Monitor and alarms
Smoke and Heat Alarms
EICR’s
Making good and minor decoration works
Full handover process

All certification is issued electronically within 3 days of testing. This is achieved by utilising our full time technical admin and full time Electrical Qualified Supervisor. All Engineers carry complete van stock to enable all properties to be completed Right First Time. Currently operating a direct delivery model of 100%
